今日発表された第31回TCA賞（TV批評家協会賞）で「ベター・コール・ソウル」が最優秀新番組賞（Outstanding New Program）を獲得しました！
TCA賞（Television Critics Association Award）は、アメリカのTV批評家協会（Television Critics Association）が毎年発表している優秀なTV番組に贈られる賞で、今年で第31回目になるそうです。アメリカとカナダの220人以上のTV批評家とジャーナリストからなる会員が、投票によって選んだ作品とのこと。
ビバリーヒルズのヒルトンホテルで開催された授賞式には、製作のヴィンス・ギリガンが出席したようで、Flickrには早速写真がアップされていました。一緒にいるのはピーター・グールドさん（だと思う）。

「ベター・コール・ソウル」のシーズン1はエミー賞でも7部門がノミネートされています。

シーズン2は現在撮影中で、先日新しいプロモ写真がAMCの公式サイトにアップされたばかり。シーズン2は10エピソードが予定されていて、放送は来年です（具体的な日時はまだ未発表）。
ちなみに、昨年のTCA最優秀ドラマ・シリーズ賞は「ブレイキング・バッド」でした。
